Our packing hall operates 24/5, with the potential to extend to 24/7, and works closely with specialist partners for labels, cartons, and pouches. Covering 541m², the facility can pack up to 300,000 units per week under the current shift pattern.

Our automated pouch machine delivers precision and versatility for solid-dose products, incorporating counting, batching, and heat sealing. It handles a wide range of formats, including powders, tablets, two-piece capsules, and soft capsules, both gelatine and vegan to meet diverse product requirements.
