Formulation development and R&D
Brands that come in with an idea or goal can use our in-house R&D department to determine the best active ingredients, excipients, dosages, and delivery formats to produce the highest-quality products.
An in-house lab ensures you can prototype and test products rather than outsource those stages, trial ingredients, and develop new products.
Our Carnaby, East Yorkshire, manufacturing plants make use of the latest machinery and follow industry standards with the appropriate certifications. Additionally, we have six global manufacturing facilities, and more than 5,000 unique formulations.

Trust in our production among retailers of all ilk has made us one of the market leaders for soft gels, with three soft gel machines, including one for vegan soft gels on a separate line.
Our other speciality, tablets and capsules, sees us use presses, tabbing, and encapsulation machines of the top specification.
We’re one of the few UK suppliers offering tablets in 11mm round to 22mm oval and sizes 1, 0, 00 and 00EL for two-piece capsules.
Packaging and artwork
We’re in contact with local label printers to assist in getting your artwork printed to specification, delivered, and ready for packaging within our packing hall.
A 541m2 packing hall with three automated and semi-automated packing lines provides the necessary space and output to finish your products for retail.
Your tablets, capsules, and soft gels enter the same facility for packing. There’s a 4-head counting machine for quantities of tablets, capsules, and other solid dose products to fill bottles/packages. An inline batcher collates larger orders.
