We can produce tablets of all shapes and sizes, from batch sizes as small as 100,000 plus (dependent on formulation), within our suite of tabletting machines.

Two-piece hard shell encapsulation – we can fill gelatine and vegetarian hard shells from batch sizes of 100,000 capsules on our semi-automatic machines to millions of capsules on our fully automatic machines.

We are equipped to manufacture softgel capsules on a large scale in various sizes ranging from 5 Oval to 24 Oblong. We offer Gelatine (Bovine & Fish), Vegetarian and now Vegan Softgel Capsules.

We produce a range of liquids, serums & sprays including syrups, emulsions and oils. We handle glass and plastic bottles and formulate new products as required.

We have manufacturing equipment suitable for small or large-scale batches of gels, and creams, perfect for cosmeceuticals and personal care products.

With our extensive contract manufacturing facilities, we are also able to offer a blending facility for an extensive range of powdered products.
