ANTI-SLAVERY & HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT

As a prominent local employer, INW Bee Health recognises and embraces its responsibilities under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.  In particular, in  line with the requirements of section 54 of the Act, we have developed and are implementing appropriate policies that describe our approach to; how we manage this issue within both our business and our supply chain, how we conduct ourselves and how we will respond to concerns that may be raised by colleagues or others.

INW Bee Health is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains or in any part of its business. Our anti-slavery policy reflects our commitment to acting both ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls that ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in the business.

DUE DILIGENCE AND RISK ASSESSMENT

INW Bee Health has begun the process of mapping it’s supply chain in order to identify any particular risks that may  require addressing and to mitigate  any such risks The company will  also be introducing operational KPI’s in the coming year to monitor progress.

INW Bee Health commits to regular review the effectiveness of the steps it implements to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in either its supply chains or business and to update internal policies and procedures as required.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our statement for the financial year ending 2020.
